A new series of shows where Adam Smith speaks to a range of TAW Contributors about what football means to them.
It explores the role and important football plays in their lives, whether that has changed over the years and whether they can imagine life without it.
First up is Rob Gutmann, who fell in love with Liverpool through a sticker book and moved to the city as soon as he could to be nearer to The Reds.
Love TAW & most of the programming thereon, but I have to say that Adam Smith’s “What Football Means to Me: Rob Guttman, is one of the most enjoyable programs I have ever listened to, on TAW or anywhere else. Adam’s contribution is perfect, not intrusive just prompting when required, whilst Rob’ attitude to life and football just summed up my own feelings. If the rest of the series is anything like as good as this first episode I can’t wait.
