Get in mulholland drive.
Chinatown (tho’ Mullholland is up there). What about ‘The Player’ or ‘LA Confidential’ ? Gotta love these opening questions though. :)
I’m sorry but i am absolutely gobsmacked at Hooton and almost find it laughable! The guy has been here fucking 8 months! You expect him to walk into pubs and start getting pissed with fans? Jesus christ the extent to which you pretty much laid into him was ridiculous! I get we want the manager to intergrate with fans but like i’ve already mentioned, he’s been here 8 months and all he has done pretty much is say how amazing the fan base is apart from that one game!
I agree, I like Hooton but he’s premature on this one (tho’ to be fair he does backtrack a little and admit it).
Ps:- Chris, I wouldn’t say PH actually “laid into him” and to be fair we all say a few hyperbolic things in footie conversations. I imagine that can be magnified even more when you’re trying to make interesting points on a very popular podcast. That said, you are right, it was misguided at best. Hooton is a decent fella’ though so he hasn’t blotted his copybook with me. It’s not that Klopp is above criticism but it has to be fair and relevant I feel.
Err… where’s the link to download this? If it’s there I can’t see it. Help!!
You are not alone.
LA film? Has to be Chinatown, Jack Nicholson doesn’t it?
Absolutely disgusted at the comments on Simon Mignolet. I get it, you don’t rate him, fine. But in what universe does it make sense to seek to undermine a member of our club when were relying on him to help us win fucking football games?
How does this help?
And as for the utter moron who complained about JK not going for a pint with him…Jesus H Christmas, is this really happening?
Appalling. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
Agreed with being a little gobsmacked about klopp not getting more involved but I won’t abuse any TAW members over it but I do think it takes time. If klopp was socialising then we would all whine about klopp not concentrating on the team. It does take time to implement his ideas. Klopp did say the other day the first thing he did when becoming manager was to watch the Hillsborough documentary. A great gesture. Rob is right on klopp may think he needs to earn the right first.
