FOR a while Aston Villa has loomed over us as a subject. Too much for The Coach Home. Bigger than even their heaviest defeats. Just what has gone wrong at this huge, European Cup winning club that had led to the most pathetic of league campaigns and their first relegation in 30 years?
To help us answer some of those questions is Mat Kendrick of The Birmingham Mail. He identifies some key moments where it began to go wrong at Aston Villa and some of many bad decisions made by owner Randy Lerner that has resulted in the club bottom of the league.
