IT might be an international break but work never stops for the manager of Liverpool Football Club and it’s that which is the focus of an in-depth Tuesday Review show.

Neil Atkinson, Sean Rogers and Ian Salmon step into the shoes of Jürgen Klopp to discuss how the boss will manage his resources with a hectic-looking schedule of eight (and hopefully nine) games on the horizon in just 29 days.

When Klopp draws up his strategy for the twin test of league football and European competition how does he do it? Which is the priority? Who plays when and how can the manager keep his Anfield squad fit and focused?

The Europa League double-header with Borussia Dortmund has got everyone talking but isn’t it also vital that Liverpool end the Premier League season on a high with next year’s campaign and selling the club to potential signings in mind?

Away from the obvious, the manager also has other tasks to consider. What players can he rely on? Who should stay, who should go and who will get more time to impress?

Jordan Henderson, Alberto Moreno, Daniel Sturridge, Christian Benteke, James Milner… all have a question mark hanging over their heads in one way or another.

Should players on the periphery get another chance to shine before the summer break? Should those out of the limelight get the opportunity to test themselves in other positions while the manager makes his assessments before the summer break?

The panel also talk tactics – is the 4-4-1-1 here to stay? Should Klopp consider a 4-3-3 set up? Is it one-size-fits-all or different shapes for different opposition?
