Lads. The last game i was at was the 4 – 1 against WBA. The three of us drove over from ireland & stayed two nights due to boat times etc. Overall that trip cost just shy of a thousand euros. The cost of accomodation in your city in a major issue for any of us travelling fans. My firstever trip to anfield in 1993 cost me 120 pounds for the whole weekend.
Yes ticket prices are way too high but so are all the other associated costs around the game. On future trips we wil be forced to seek accomodation away from the city. Everyone screws us, whether its Ryanair hotels etc not just the club.
A B&B will cost you £50-70 a night.
