I’d say that the fact you’ve had to talk about so many issues that are on the verge of being problems, means that FSG are not behaving as good owners.
Personally, the investment in the squad is going to hurt us.
Gareth – you asked what would do us fans expect of the journos?
I think more pertinent ownership questions. I would prefer FSG to come out and say that they haven’t got the funds to compete – everything else they do is smoke and mirrors and verges on deceit. That treats me as a fan with utter contempt and it doesn’t need to be that way.
My kids are turning to that age where I’d start to buy LFC shirts / kits…. But FSG get my goat sooo much for the way they seem to treat us fans with contempt, that I baulk at buying their merchandise.
