Interesting game! Naby Keita was superb but the worrying aspect of the game was how porous the defence looked. The ball pinged around the box like in a pin-ball machine and could have resulted in a goal several times, had it not been for desperate, hacked clearances. This is not what we have been used to this year but, since the restart, Joe Gomez, especially, has looked well off-the-pace and struggling for confidence. It won’t make me popular, again, but I seriously wonder about the merits of Firmino at the moment as he seems to be utterly devoid of any goal threat, despite his obvious work rate?
