SOME of our TAW Player shows are pretty fluid. If something happens, we react. We’re not tied to schedules like the big boys, so if an issue needs discussing, it will be discussed — right there, right then. But what else will you get for your hard-earned fiver? Here’s the stable of shows we have so far:
The Pink: Inspired by the much-loved, and sadly long departed, Football Echo, The Pink is your after-match rough-and-ready reaction straight after the game. We aim to get the show out as soon as is humanly possible once the final whistle blows on every Liverpool game.
TAW Unwrapped: At a club as big as Liverpool there’s always an issue that needs discussing. Every Wednesday, TAW Unwrapped will get stuck in, whether it’s the owners, the manager, the youth set up or the lads out on loan.
The Coach Home: Chewing the fat with supporters of other clubs about us, them and that week’s big issues in the game.
AFQ? We open up the Twitter feed up for questions to debate among our panel. On anything. Absolutely anything.
What We Call History: In-depth look at a past season telling the stories of the campaign from the fans’ perspective.
Rewired: All about Liverpool away from the footie — music, arts and a classic album reviewed.
And Could He Play: A look back at the good, the bad and ugly of players who wore the famous red. The obvious and the not so.
Tuesday Review: A thorough dissection of all things tactical surrounding Liverpool FC’s last game.
The Big Interview: Exactly what it says on the tin. Along with TAW Specials, we’ll look to bring you big-name interviews and special shows whenever we can. Already we have spoken in depth to Jürgen Klopp, Jamie Carragher, Roy Evans, Brendan Rodgers, Dr Steve Peters, Rick Parry, Emre Can, Howard Gayle and more.
The Champions: Our LFC Ladies show.
Well Read: A review of the latest and greatest football reads.
The Gutter: Getting down and dirty with the gutter press during the transfer windows, discussing all the latest rumours surrounding Liverpool and our rivals.
Back Page: A discussion around the mainstream media and football.
Ban This Filth: Three things around football that grind our gears discussed and dissected. What are you banning? Who is the most convincing?
Midnight Caller: In the studio and on the phone, we discuss a pressing football issue in a quick-fire debate with a special guest.
TAW On Radio CityTalk: Every Friday at 6.30pm on Radio City Talk 1548MW and later as a free podcast.
The Anfield Wrap: The original, every Monday (or Tuesday if we’re playing Monday). Still free and always will be.
The Central League: Looking at the latest on Liverpool’s Under-23 and Under-18 sides.
The Friday Show: What it says on the tin. Looking ahead to Liverpool’s weekend game with special guests and opposition fans.
Wildcards: A TAW panel discusses four topics — Liverpool FC present and past, general footie and random — voted for by you on Twitter.
Cup of Tea: An unscripted chat with a special guest about a pressing topic of the time.
