THE match ratings from Liverpool’s collapse at Bournemouth.

Loris Karius: 2

Off the back of a few clean sheets, looked to be settling and then that? Awful.

Should be making at least two of the goals, the last one being the worst, handling not great at all.

Only saved from getting zero for a good one-on-one against Benik Afobe and a couple of good punches.

Nathaniel Clyne: 5

Great cross for an early Divock Origi miss, not particularly at fault for any of the goals but didn’t stand out either.

Needs to practice his shooting, and all.

Dejan Lovren: 3

You’re 2-0, cruising, everything is sound.

Great, yeah? Don’t give the opposition a chance by trying to be a smart arse, mate.

The capitulation started and ended with Lovren deciding to regress back to 2013.

All over the place when we needed someone to take the lead.

Lucas Leiva: 4

Great in possession but isn’t a centre-half leader, probably look good playing with Joel Matip but no cohesion with Lovren at all.

James Milner: 5

Gave away the penalty which gave the hosts a glimmer of hope but should never have been out in that position.

Rolls Royce of a first half, look exposed from 60-90. At least he didn’t hide.

Emre Can: 4

Scored the best goal of his Liverpool career, got an assist and, yet, no-one will care.

For all the good technique and accuracy when he’s got time, he’s too immobile when we get turned around and not snappy enough under pressure.

Jordan Henderson: 5

Hamstrung by a yellow card he was probably unlucky to get, played some lovely football and passing was immaculate.

Wasn’t helped by his colleagues but horribly exposed and passive when the tide turned.

Georginio Wijnaldum: 5

Looks great when Liverpool are playing well, seems to get lost in it when it gets frantic.

Needed a bit more steel when it got tetchy and instead went missing.

Sadio Mane: 6

Good goal, better than he has been of late, but first touch can let him down at times. Can’t fault his effort either, was on the edge of our own area to release Origi for his goal.

Roberto Firmino: 5

Quiet, very quiet and an inch short in everything.

Could have done more to help out and provide an extra body late on, which is unlike him and he normally gets stuck in, but far from the worst offender.

Divock Origi: 6

Horrific miss, great goal, on another day gets Liverpool’s fourth and everyone is happy.

SUBS

Adam Lallana (on 69′): 5

Tried a bit too much, maybe? Couple of poor decisions, especially on 90′, electing to shoot instead of pass with the game on a knife edge.
