THE Rider has lost Adam Melia for autumn but Stephanie Heneghan is back in the saddle. She’s also done another half marathon and she’s brought her bling with her. 

Half way through the show John Gibbons and Neil Atkinson are joined by Si and Phil from Oxjam Chester as they talk about the festival and the project in general. There is also more talk of Liverpool Music Week, as more events are announced.
