JÜRGEN Klopp has insisted he won’t be rushed into panic buying after Liverpool’s loss to Burnley on Saturday. But, they’re still being linked with a few names, so here is the round-up of the latest transfer gossip.

Paredes Bid

Football Italia are reporting that the Reds have made a bid in the region of 21million euros for Argentine playmaker Leandro Paredes.

However, Roma manager Luciano Spalletti has insisted that the 22-year-old is not for sale, despite previously insisting that he could leave before the transfer deadline.

Might be worth having a look at this again (but probably not):

Bologna In For Balo

Serie A side Bologna have declared their interest in the services of Liverpool misfit Mario Balotelli, according to The Express.

The Italian has been linked with various clubs this summer but an offer has yet to materialise, and manager Roberto Donadoni has insisted that he is a player they admire, but a move is far-fetched at this stage.

This may never end.

Liverpool Scouting Burke

According to The Mirror, the Reds have sent scouts to monitor the progress of Nottingham Forest youngster Oliver Burke.

Forest manager Philippe Montanier is keen to keep hold of the 19-year-old, who the club value at around £10m, with various Premier League clubs chasing his signature.

Drinkwater Set For New Deal

Leicester City are close to agreeing a £90,000-a-week deal to keep Liverpool target Danny Drinkwater at the club, according to The Telegraph.

The Premier League champions have already managed to tie down Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez to new deals, and Drinkwater is believed to be happy to stay at the club despite interest from elsewhere.

Was unsure about going for him, to be honest.

Sissoko Heading To Milan

According to France Football, Moussa Sissoko is looking set to make a move to Inter Milan, after reported interest from Liverpool and Real Madrid.

The French international has made no secret of the fact he is looking for a move away, and has been linking himself with moves for most of the summer window, and it appears he may finally get his wish.

Be relieved when somebody else signs him.
