From being in four competitions just a fortnight ago, Liverpool FC’s campaign now rests on the League Cup Final and hopes of progression in the Europa League. It isn’t quite how Jurgen Klopp dreamed it all back in October.
With every step forward being seemingly met with at least a few back, is the Liverpool squad at risk of losing motivation in the League with seemingly very little to play for or is the competition to even be in the squad next season motivation enough to have an aggressive last few months thing care of the bread and butter?
