Funny you mention Kristian Walsh’s match preview. I’ve been trying to get my mates into TAW for years but they’re not really into sitting round listening to podcasts. They’re more into the tv in the evening and a most have young kids. Even a couple of mates who are my age have started again over the past few years. But, since Gareth’s been posting the links on fb they now read all the articles. A few have said to me how good they are but one of my best mates acknowledged how good TAW was for the first time last night. He said ‘did you read that Rob Gutmann’s match preview before the Chelsea game’ (which I didn’t unfortunately but will later). He said it could have been written after the game it was so spot on. He was really impressed which pleased me really. He also laughed and said that Neil Atkinson’s good isn’t he. where as I couldn’t comment on Rob’s piece I felt qualified to dispel that myth, haha.
